Our Mission To mobilize, support, and train men to model healthy masculinity in their homes, churches, and their communities.  One of the ways we do that is through our Authentic Masculinity Program (AMP). Our purpose is to disciple men and see them actively engage in the life and discipleship of the family and local church.  Our Goal Our goal is to end fatherlessness.  We believe healthy masculinity ends fatherlessness.  Man Up desires to see men live out their roles as protectors and providers.  We have seen that men often abdicate their responsibilities because they are unable to financially support for their families.  The Authentic Masculinity Program gives them the tools necessary to successfully lead and provide for their families and to fight against the trend of leaving children fatherless. Our Program AMP is a year-long program that starts with intentional discipleship and graduates into business development based on biblical principles.  Each man is required to attending weekly sessions and maintain above a 70% attendance rate.  The AMP Program consists of two Phases:  Phase I consists of a 12-week discipleship in biblical masculinity.  Phase II consists of a 12-week business training & IGA Implementation. Currently, there are 16 cohorts spread across Uganda and Ethiopia.   Won't you join us in the fight to put an end to generational fatherlessness?      

CECCAI (Centro Cristiano de Capacitación y Ayuda Infantil) was established in 2003 in Los Tres Brazos, Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic by Pastor Kendar Guillermo Robles Ramirez and his wife Hozanna.  Their mission is to show the love of Christ through education, discipleship training and a help center.  CECCAI has a school focusing on pre-school aged children, ages 3-5.  The goal of CECCAI is to provide these children in the community a Christian education, food stability and solid bible teaching.  They also work with parents and guardians, giving them the tools necessary to parent according to God's heart.  They offer parenting workshops, couples conferences, and parent's must attend church and be committed to the CECCAI program.  Personal development, formality, and discipline are the staples of how CECCAI equips these families to achieve their dreams and live out God's will for their lives.   Everyday these children are guided with love, corrected with the Word of God, and always taught by modeling Christ. The vision is to see every child and family member dignify their lives socially as well as spiritually, and move forward in a life that is full of faith.    

Ebenezer Children's Ministry was established in 2012 in the district of Kibuku, Uganda by Pastor George Kooli and his wife Sylvia.  The ministry was started to ensure that vulnerable children and their families are protected and cared for in the name of Jesus.  Though there have been many challenges, Ebenezer has been committed to being a resource to their local community by providing emergency healthcare, education, and spiritual discipleship.  Ebenezer operates a children's home and school were orphaned and disadvantaged children live and are educated.  Currently, Ebenezer has over 500 students attending school, they employ over 20 staff members, and house 121 children at the children's home. They provide healthcare and medication to the community where malaria and HIV are prevalent.   At the center of it all is the church, where the spiritual needs of hundreds are met and nurtured and the name of Jesus Christ is lifted high.    

Empowering Women through Fair Trade Mission 4 Masese was started in 2015 in an impoverished area located in Jinja, Uganda.  Through the vocational trainings of this program women learn how to make hand-crafted beaded jewelry and other artisan crafts from recycled paper and recycled sugar bags.  They are taught not only the art of beading and craft making but also the skill of tayloring.   These women live in extreme poverty often living off of less than $2.00 per day.  Empowering women through fair-trade and vocational training has been a strategy of Man Up and Go since our  inception.  Our goal is to enable these women to afford rent, buy food, pay their children's school fees and lift their families out of the generational cycle of poverty.  

In 2011, Man Up partnered with Pastor Andrew Wakabi and his wife Juliet of Home Again Ministries to establish a brand-new primary school located in the Masese III community of Jinja, Uganda.  The community consists of around 3000 people living in abject poverty and spiritual darkness.  Most of the people living in Masese III are from the Karamajong tribe of northern Uganda.  The Karamajongs were displaced from their tribal homes because of war along the border of South Sudan and migrated south.  They are even now seen as outcasts with no inherent worth or value by many in Jinja.  Many of the children were not allowed to attend other local schools because of their ethnic tribal affiliations.  Pastor Andrew's mission was to see that change.   Through the partnership of Man Up and Home Again Ministries, Bethel Junior School was started in 2012.  The goal was and is to provide children in the community with a high-quality, Christ-centered education, regardless of their parents' ability to pay school fees.  The school is now called JJASS Bright Junior School and they are educating and feeding over 250 children each day and is supported each month through the Man Up Child Sponsorship Program.  Parents of the children that attend JJASS Bright consistently state that the school is transforming their children's lives as well as the entire Masese community as a whole!  This is a testament to the power of the Gospel to break down even the strongest of cultural and ethnic divides.  In 2016, Pastor Andrew and Juliet planted Gloryland Church.  It sits adjacent to the school and is easily accessed by the members of the Masese III community.  Home Again also conducts a weekly feeding program called Super Saturday, where as many as 1000 children come to receive food and participate in bible teaching programs.  They also provide vocational training programs for single mothers in the community and operate multiple farming projects.   It is the vision of Pastor Andrew and Juliet to see this community transformed by the power of the Gospel.  Giving all glory and honor to Jesus!  

Kerith Ministries was established in 2009 by Pastor Samuel Mwesigwa and his wife Mercy in Pallisa District, Uganda.  Approximately 13% of the total population of children living in the rural Pallisa District area are considered to be "vulnerable children".  Kerith Ministries was created with a mission to serve and protect the most vulnerable children and to share the love of Christ within the Pallisa community. The ministry strives to carry out this mission by focusing on activities and resources that involve protecting vulnerable children and orphans.  These resources include providing quality Christian education, providing food and shelter for needy and orphaned children, and sharing a holistic Gospel message of hope with the local community.   Kerith Ministries is a ministry of River of God Full Gospel Church, which Pastor Sam founded with his wife Mercy, as a church-plant in the district after leaving Jinja, Uganda's second larget city.  The couple also started a primary school that currently has over 450 students in attendance each day, including a special needs class.  After Pastor Sam and his wife took in 6 orphans and began fostering them at their home they decided to open Kerith Children's Home in 2014.  Kerith Children's Home is now a permanent home to over 30 children who were either orphaned, neglected or abandoned.  Kerith Children's Home provides these precious children with a nurturing, Christ-centered home, nutritious food, health care, education, clothing, school supplies, and other personal care items.   Kerith Ministries is also involved in numerous agricultural projects that provide a consistent source of food for the children at Kerith Children's Home and Kerith Primary School.  Most recently, they launched the Kerith Skills Center, which provides vocational training in carpentry, tailoring, and metalwork, and information technology.  

Skills and trade centers offer vocational and technical training aimed at improving the lives of individuals and families in local communities.  These centers provide training in areas such as welding, carpentry, tailoring, agricultural, and hairdressing.  The trainings target both youth and adults who are seeking to improve on current skills as well as learn new skills that will last a lifetime.  Education is the key to unlocking the cycle of poverty and these centers provide practical hands-on training enabling students to learn by doing and gain real-world experience.  The primary goal of these skills and trade training centers is to uplift and empower men and women to improve on or gain new qualifications to meet the demands of the local job market.  

Partnering with the local church to provide food stability is another way Man Up and Go is helping.  Each week our ministry partners engage in a Super Saturday Feeding Program.  The local children in the community,  (up to 1000 children) come to learn about Jesus through fun bible teachings, playing games and receive a nutritious meal.
