Home Again Ministries is the passion of Pastor Andrew Wakabi, who saw a great need in the Masese III community for spiritual transformation.  Masese III is a slum community in Jinja, Uganda.  The community consists of around 3000 people mostly of the Karamajong tribe of Northern Uganda.  The Karamajongs were displaced from their tribal homes because of war along the border of South Sudan and Uganda.  They are seen as outcasts even now with no inherent worth or value.  It was Pastor Andrews mission to see this change.

When Pastor Andrew heard of their displacement, the Lord led he and his wife Juliet to teach the Karmajong people of the home they could have in Jesus.  In 2009, Home Again Ministry was started in response to this need.  JJASS Bright Junior School is the primary ministry of Home Again.  It is a primary school starting with pre-school to P7.  The school is educating and feeding over 250 children.

In 2016 Pastor Andrew and Juliet planted Gloryland Church.  It sits adjacent to the school and is easily accessed by the members of the Masese III community.  Home Again also conducts a weekly feeding program called Super Saturday where as many as 1000 children have come to receive food and participate in bible teaching programs.  They provide vocational training programs for single mothers in the community and operate multiple farming projects.

It is the vision of Pastor Andrew and Juliet to see this community transformed by the power of the Gospel.  Giving all glory and honor to Jesus!
