2nd Annual Patros Conference - Dominican Republic On November 6–7, 2026, we have been invited to partner again with one of the largest church networks in the country to equip men to become Patros—men who courageously stand in the gap for fatherless children, families, churches, and communities. Our mission is simple but powerful: We mobilize, support, and train men to model healthy masculinity in their homes, churches, and communities.   As many as 250 pastors and church leaders from across the Dominican Republic are expected to attend this two-day conference.  Following the conference, we will work alongside local churches to establish Patros Cohorts—small groups of men committed to growing spiritually, anchored in brotherhood, and living out their faith in practical ways. These cohorts are designed to create lasting transformation that extends far beyond a single weekend. You Can Help Make It Happen Every man who attends represents a family that can be strengthened, a church that can be encouraged, and a community that can be impacted. The total cost of the conference is $10,000, or approximately $40 per participant. Your generosity helps provide: Travel and transportation for the Man Up team Conference materials and Patros curriculum Lunch for every attendee Translation and administrative support Follow-up resources to launch Patros Cohorts throughout the country A gift of just $40 sponsors one man to attend this life-changing conference. When a man becomes a Patros, families are restored, churches are strengthened, and communities begin to flourish. As healthy, biblical masculinity takes root, the cycle of fatherlessness can be broken—one man, one family, and one generation at a time. This summer, we are raising funds for two important initiatives: Providing Small Business Grants for Our Cohort Leaders in Uganda Rather than continuing monthly support indefinitely, we want to empower these leaders with seed funding they can invest into their own businesses and trades. Many already have small enterprises or business ideas but lack the capital needed to grow. A one-time grant can help create sustainable income while allowing them to continue leading and serving their communities.  These leaders have faithfully poured into the men in Uganda for years. Now we have an opportunity to invest in them in a way that creates dignity, sustainability, and long-term impact. Launching a Skills Training Center We are working to establish a center where men and young adults can receive practical vocational training that leads to sustainable income opportunities and long-term stability for their families.  Men who have graduated from our Authentic Masculinity Program are eligible to attend.   Would you consider making a special gift toward this summer initiative?
